Welcome to the Brochure listing and Artists' Registration for Xmas 2010 Artists Open Houses
Before you start, there are a few things you need to do this year before you can upload your information...
Step One – Setting up your account
You will need to create an account and pay for your entry before you can upload your entry details.
You will be asked to choose a user name and password. Please make a careful note of both in case you want to renter your page to edit it. You will also be asked for an email address so your confirmation emails and booking details can be sent to you.
Step Two – paying for your entry
- You will need a debit or credit card to pay for your entry.
- Please decide which type of listing you require, then enter the details requested – once you have received notification that your payment has been successful.
Early bird rates until 20th September :
£170 for a single space listing / £250 for a double space listing
Late rates 21st - 27th Sept:
£200 single space listing / £300 double space listing
Step Three – uploading your listing
- Please fill in the required boxes with all the details you wish to appear in the brochure.
- When you are satisfied that all the text is complete upload your image
- You will receive notification that you have uploaded successfully and also if your upload has not worked.
You will be able to re-access and edit your entry until registration closes at 21.00 Monday 27th September by going to the login page.
Please try to make sure that all your details are correct and as you want them by the time registration closes. Although you will see a proof of your brochure page, only typos and errors can be accommodated, NOT extra copy.
